I worked for many years for the Ministry of Justice in the UK, as Head of Diversity, a train-the-trainer coordinator, a workplace therapist, a union rep and chair of support networks.

I have delivered projects for the British Council, English PEN, Paul Hamlyn Trust, the Polish Cultural Institute and Southbank Centre, among many others.

These included hosting events, delivering lectures and running workshops.
